Our customers think Miracle Type is great.
HLTA-ICT, Marshgate Primary School, Richmond, UK - 25/03/2009Currently I am trying to raise the profile of touch-typing and feel that this should be taught in primary schools throughout the country. This software has given me the ability to do this.
The children are very keen to use Miracle Type and most of them say that this is their favourite lesson of the week. I really like using Miracle Type because not only can you learn how to type all the letters and punctuation, you can also learn how to use the number keys and the number keypad. The software also provides each individual pupil with very clear and organised lessons so that when they log in they can resume the next lesson easily.
There is also a Section Map which the pupils can enter and see their progress. They can also directly link to the lessons or exercises that they need to progress to next. As a teacher they I can keep a close eye on all their progress through a management database supplied with a site license. I use this to print out a weekly progress report.
Whether you are considering using Miracle Type for children or adults I would highly recommend it. I also have had amazing support from MT and would like to thank them for the time they have given to me."
Colin Benthom. UK - 26/09/2008The training is easy to follow, fits any schedule and is flexible so that any weakness can be exercised as desired its assignment of words to each finger is an excellent memory aid. As you develop the skill its quite magical as your fingers seem to take over and the text appears.
I have had occasion to utilise the support facility to discuss some issues and the response has always been fast and the conclusion satisfactory, unlike some suppliers I can recall. They even listened to my suggestions wow.
My 47 years as an Electronics Engineer (now retired but still learning) has seen the phenomenal development of technology from those strange glass tube things called valves to the incredible semiconductors of today, and the information access explosion known as the internet. In order to take full advantage of this bonanza, one of the essential skills is to be able to touch type and the earlier the better, until that is a voice or thought transfer interface becomes the order of the day.
Miracle Type is the answer to the training requirement and all especially the young would hugely benefit from the skill it provides and at a very reasonable price, after-all a keyboard is your interface to the world of computing."

Peter Jermyn - ICT Coordinator - Queen Elizabeth's Girls' School (Barnet UK). 15/04/2007We look forward to seeing a real improvement in students typing skills in the future. The record keeping system enables staff to see how students are progressing as well so that we can focus our attention more effectively. We have also found the support and response time from the company to be excellent, Thanks again"
Barbie Lowensborough. UK 9/3/2007I was typing with all fingers within the hour (albeit slowly) with confidence and unbelievably without being tempted to look at the keyboard. I think it is a great method of teaching and can't wait to improve my speed. Would recommend the product to anyone who wanted to learn to type because you can learn the keyboard SO quickly. It gives you the motivation to continue and improve."
